I have no idea what compelled me to chop all of my hair off. While in Denver though, I went into a salon with Nancy because she needed hairspray. There was a sign on the counter that said "walk-ins $25" and for some reason that made me think that I needed a change and so I asked the receptionist if someone could give me a pixie cut. Someone could, and did. It is short and sassy and stylish and for me it kinda feels rebellious in a way. Against what I do not know nor care.

New beginnings, new hair
I have no idea what compelled me to chop all of my hair off. While in Denver though, I went into a salon with Nancy because she needed hairspray. There was a sign on the counter that said "walk-ins $25" and for some reason that made me think that I needed a change and so I asked the receptionist if someone could give me a pixie cut. Someone could, and did. It is short and sassy and stylish and for me it kinda feels rebellious in a way. Against what I do not know nor care.
Diana, part deux
Diana wanted the Rat and I to come visit her closet. We did, and as we took every single article off of the bar and flung them around the room I was wondering what the hell we had started. But then I got that giddy, euphoric feeling that happens when I am in the midst of a fashion/wardrobe transformation and giggled to myself as we began to filter through her clothes. Diana has a great wardrobe. I don't think she realized how great it actually was until we left, but she has some vibrant fun pieces that are good building blocks to a fashionista's dream wardrobe. We showed her ways to mix things up and what would work with what (and YES, she did think we were crazy a few times). So imagine my ABSOLUTE DELIGHT when she walked into my cube just now and had put together her own take on an outfit! Our baby was walking!!! Here she is! Look at that sassiness!
